24-hr World & European Championships.

The Team

Race report to follow shortly but for the moment I can say that I've returned with no regrets.  My legs are sore but my pride is still intact.

News Item from Ultra Running Ireland.

Eddie Gallen was the best Irish finisher at the 2010 European and World 24 Hour Championships. Eddie set an excellent new PB of well over 220km, beating his previous best by many kilometres.
John O'Regan also covered over 200km to finish strongly, but unfortunately the challenge of both Thomas Maguire and Eoin Keith effectively became undone when both suffered problems in the final third of the event.
